When something is stuck or failed

Most problems clear with these steps. If not, ask a person and they will see your account details with your request.
How to do it
- Reload the page, and check the top bar for an offline notice.
- Check you have enough credits for what you are running.
- Open Audits to see whether the audit finished. One failed check never stops the rest of the audit.
- If it still does not work, click Talk to a person below and say what you were doing.
